Children & Adolecents
In recent years, there has been a significant increase in mental health concerns among children and adolescents. Many young people are experiencing higher levels of anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges, often influenced by academic pressures, social media, family stress, world events, and disruptions to routine and connection.
Early identification and intervention are critical. When children and teens receive timely, developmentally appropriate support, they are better able to build coping skills, resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy relationships that support long-term well-being.
